Covid-19 Prevention Policy

COVID 19 PREVENTION POLICY

So that we can protect both our customers and staff from the spread of Coronavirus, we ask our staff and customers to take the following steps;

Using alcohol gel on hands before arrival to the Cider Farm as well as on leaving as is provided.

Socially distance by keeping 2m apart from others (1m where 2m is not viable)

Only 1 visitor allowed in the tasting room at a time.

Cider and drinks are not to be consumed vertically or inside the Tasting Room, For the time being we are acting as a Takeaway Off license.

In the Cider Garden, gather in groups of no more than 6 as per Govt. guidelines.

Please leave the glasses and bottles on the table and we will clear. Please don’t return them to the tasting room.

Local Free Home Delivery within 10miles are completed with gloves with social distancing practices in place.

We will be providing a large Perspex screen in the Tasting Room shop to further reduce any risk of contamination.

We’d like to reassure our visitors that we are taking rigorous steps to protect our customers and staff from the spread of Covid-19.

We are disinfecting common touch points repeatedly throughout the day.

We will ensure a rigorous cleaning of our toilet facilities numerous times a day on top of our normal cleaning regime.

Parcel packing and bottling is completed whilst wearing gloves and mask where necessary.

We are taking serious and strict action to ensure the safety of our customers and staff, please bear with and work with us on this.
