Cider Farm Orchard Camping

Welcome to our tranquil orchard camping on the Cider farm in the midst of the West Dorset countryside. 

From 1st April through  14th September each year, we offer a unique orchard camping experience within our organic cider apple orchard.

Camping costs £17.00 per person, per night.

Fire pits included 1x per pitch

No extra costs for additional gazebos or tents or cars, however we ask that you limit the number of cars as possible.

Quiet site, adults only. Groups over 8 people should call 01308 488382 to book and confirm availability. Please be conscientious & respectful of others and respect 11pm onwards quiet time.

We harvest the apples from our orchards every autumn so we are operating on a "leave no trace" standard for our 18 + Adults only seasonal tent camping.

Pitches are distanced 20 from each other, set in the midst of the organic orchard.  

Pitches are 16 ft wide by 200ft down the orchard lanes.

Cider Farm Tasting Room Shop open 7 days a week. Selling a range of 13 ciders, apple juice, craft beers and apple cider vinegar all made on site, as well as local honey, chilli sauces, snacks & more.

Opening times Mon-Sat 9-8pm until 11pm on weeks and High season

Small Medium and Large tents allowed, VW campers and "Rooftent"s on top of cars allowed. Very large van conversions, Motorhomes and Caravans not allowed.

Cider Farm Tours run every Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 11am and finish approx. 12.30

Enjoy walks in the orchards and the surrounding countryside and footpaths.

The excellent Hare and Hounds country pub is 0.4 mile down the road in Waytown for dinner from 5.30 and lunch from 12 Midday till 2.

There are local takeaway menus available for you to order for delivery to the Cider Farm campsite .

Welcome to our beautiful orchard campsite, please adhere by the following for everyone’s enjoyment.

• This Campsite is Adults only, ages 18+
• What you bring with you, you take away! No rubbish left at your pitch site *we operate on a Leave No Trace policy*
• No large fires amongst the orchard!   Quality firewood is available to buy and fires only in the raised bbq/firepits- don`t burn the grass.
• No loud music after 11pm for everyone’s peace and enjoyment.
• Please don`t break the branches of the orchard apple trees *we need them healthy for a good cider apple crop every year*
• Please be aware it is a working farm.
• Likewise, there are animals such as geese, sheep, chickens, dogs and pigs, please don`t feed them.
  
• Barns and Buildings are off limits and are for staff only authorised access.
• Please socially distance yourselves whilst in the communal picnic benches in the Cider Garden.
